Curriculum
IBI's Personal Development (PD) program is carefully designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional expertise, and offer a structured pathway for personal and professional growth.

01
Professional Development Sessions
Sessions held every Monday from 7-9 p.m to foster knowledge that helps members develop skills that enhance their professional growth. At the same time, these sessions equip members with knowledge that will be useful to succeed in their industry project. Some examples include "Project Management Essentials", or "Resume, LinkedIn, Interview Preparation". These sessions are led by Executive Members, and guest speakers may be invited to share deeper knowledge on a given topic.
02
Team Meetings
Meetings held every Wednesday from 7-9 p.m, in which members gather together to structure and develop a portfolio-worthy project related to their assigned industry. Industries for the Spring 2025 include Management Strategy, Data Analytics, and Marketing. The final product of these meetings is to be presented at the final pitch day.

03
Pitch Days
The term includes two pitch days. The first internal pitch day, which is scheduled before midterms, helps as a tool to receive detailed feedback from Executive Members to ensure fellows are right on track on their respective projects. The final pitch day, which is scheduled at the end of the term, is the final presentation of the results of your project, and receives feedback from industry professionals.
04
Collaborative Workshops
Workshop featuring another organization as a co-host and guest speakers for industry insights.
